(Your School) Virtual Enrollment Information
All returning students or students who are transferring from another DeKalb County School are required to complete the Virtual Registration Form.
Note: this form can be accessed from a computer, tablet or your mobile device.
1. Who must complete this form?
= All students returning to (Your School).
= All students transferring from another DeKalb County School.
2. Documents needed to complete the form:
= Photo ID (drivers license, passport etc.)
= Proof of Residency (lease, deed, mortgage, gas, water or electric bill only)
3. For Families with an Affidavit:
